1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Virtuo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Virtuo provides a video chat platform that connects users randomly for video and text communication. The Service includes:

• Random video chat connections with 1080p quality
• Text messaging during video calls
• Filter options for country, gender, and language
• Emoji reactions, virtual gifts, and video filters
• Mini-games (Rock Paper Scissors, Dice, Blackjack, Higher/Lower, Tic Tac Toe, Coin Flip)
• Daily and weekly objectives with coin rewards
• Optional premium features (Virtuo Plus, Ad-Free)

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Display nudity, sexual content, or inappropriate behavior
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the Service for any illegal activities
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share personal information of others without consent
• Use automated systems or bots
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Virtuo. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users
• Is harmful to our business operations
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

Banned users may appeal by paying the unban fee or waiting for the ban period to expire.

6. Payment Terms

Virtuo offers optional paid services:

• Remove Ads: €1.00 one-time payment for 7 days ad-free experience
• Virtuo Plus: €4.99/month subscription with premium features including 5 exclusive animated themes
• Unban Service: €5.99 one-time payment to remove ban

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Subscription Cancellation

Virtuo Plus subscriptions automatically renew monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile page on our website (Profile → Settings → Cancel Subscription). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

8. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Virtuo, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. No Recording or Storage

Virtuo does not record, store, or monitor video or audio communications. All video and audio streams are peer-to-peer and are not saved on our servers. However, we cannot control what other users may record on their own devices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIRTUO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtuo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Virtuo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Virtuo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
