How do I get unbanned?

Virtuo uses a staged ban system. You can either wait for the ban to expire or pay to unban immediately:

🔴 1st Ban:24 hours — €2.99 to unban
🟠 2nd Ban:1 week — €4.99 to unban
🔵 3rd+ Ban:1 month — €5.99 to unban

💎 Virtuo Plus subscribers get 1 free unban per month!

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Virtuo Plus subscription anytime through your profile page on our website. Go to Profile → Settings → Cancel Subscription. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is my video recorded?

No! Virtuo uses peer-to-peer WebRTC technology. Your video and audio are transmitted directly to your chat partner and are never recorded or stored on our servers.

How do I report someone?

Click the "Report" button during your chat session. Users who receive 20+ reports will be automatically banned. The ban duration depends on their ban history (24 hours → 1 week → 1 month).

Can I get a refund?

Payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please use the contact form above or email us at support@virtuo.world and we'll review your case.

What are the age requirements?

You must be at least 18 years old to use Virtuo. We may request age verification at any time.
