Coin Usage Policy

Virtuo Coins are a virtual currency used exclusively within the Virtuo platform for entertainment purposes. They allow users to:

• Play mini-games with other users (Rock Paper Scissors, Dice Duel, Tic Tac Toe, Blackjack, Chess)
• Participate in friendly competitions
• Enhance their social experience on Virtuo

Virtuo Coins have NO real-world monetary value and cannot be:

• Withdrawn or cashed out
• Exchanged for real money
• Transferred to other users outside of gameplay
• Used to purchase goods or services outside Virtuo
• Sold or traded on third-party platforms

Virtuo Coins can be purchased through in-app purchases using secure payment methods. These purchases are:

• Non-refundable: Once purchased, coins cannot be refunded except as required by law
• Non-transferable: Coins are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other users
• For entertainment only: Coins are used solely for in-app games and features
• Digital goods: You are purchasing a license to use virtual currency, not physical or redeemable goods

Virtuo is a social video chat platform with optional mini-games for entertainment. It is NOT a gambling, betting, or casino platform because:

• Coins have no real-world value
• Users cannot win real money
• Games are played between users for fun, not for profit
• There is no "house" or operator taking a cut of winnings
• Users cannot cash out or withdraw coins

All games are skill-based or chance-based entertainment between consenting users, similar to playing board games with friends.

Virtuo is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using Virtuo and purchasing coins, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Parents and guardians should monitor their children's use of Virtuo and in-app purchases.

Virtuo is committed to fair play. We prohibit:

• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs to gain unfair advantages
• Using bots or automated tools to play games
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes
• Selling or buying coins outside of official Virtuo channels

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except:

• Technical errors that prevent delivery of purchased coins
• Unauthorized purchases (subject to verification)
• As required by applicable law in your jurisdiction

Virtuo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or this Coin Usage Policy. Upon termination:

• All unused coins will be forfeited
• No refunds will be issued for purchased coins
• Access to the platform will be revoked

Virtuo may update this Coin Usage Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Virtuo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
